The son of Varuthini is Svarochisha Manu, the second Manu in Hindu mythology. He was born to Dyutiman, a king of the solar dynasty, and Varuthini, an apsara. Svarochisha Manu was a wise and just ruler, and he is credited with establishing many of the laws and customs that are still followed by Hindus today. He is also said to have been the father of the sage Atri.
